Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the East Coast Pressure Washing website and to services provided by East Coast Pressure Washing. By requesting or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

East Coast Pressure Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across South East Queensland.

Our services may include:

  • Driveway & Path Cleaning

  • Patio & Concrete Cleaning

  • Outdoor Area Restoration

  • Residential & Commercial Cleaning

  • Exterior Surface Cleaning

The exact services provided will depend on the requirements of each property and the agreed scope of work.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information available to us at the time of assessment.

Where required, we may inspect the property before providing a final quote. A quote may be affected by the size and condition of the area, access requirements, surface type, level of dirt or staining, and any additional work requested.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require approval before it is carried out.

Booking

A booking is confirmed once the service details, scope of work and agreed price have been accepted by the customer and a service date has been arranged.

We may contact you before the scheduled service to confirm the booking and any relevant access requirements.

Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.

Where applicable, customers should ensure gates are unlocked, vehicles and personal belongings are moved from cleaning areas, and any relevant access instructions are provided before our arrival.

If suitable access cannot be provided, the service may need to be rescheduled.

Before The Service

Customers should inform us of any known issues that may affect the cleaning service, including damaged surfaces, loose materials, previous coatings, fragile areas, drainage concerns or other conditions that may require special care.

We recommend removing or securing items that could be affected by water, cleaning equipment or pressure before the service begins.

Cleaning Results

Pressure washing can significantly improve the appearance of exterior surfaces, but results may vary depending on the condition, age, material and existing damage of the surface.

Some stains, discolouration, mould, algae, rust, oil, paint or weathering may not be completely removable.

We will use appropriate cleaning methods based on the surface and the condition identified at the time of service.

Surface Damage

We take reasonable care when carrying out our services. However, existing weaknesses, deterioration, cracks, loose materials, damaged coatings or previously compromised surfaces may become more noticeable during cleaning.

Customers should disclose known damage or concerns before work begins.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment

The agreed price and payment requirements will be communicated to the customer before or at the time the service is confirmed.

Payment is expected according to the agreed payment terms.

Where additional work is requested outside the original scope, the additional cost will be discussed with the customer before the work is carried out.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Where weather, unsafe conditions, access issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the service from being completed, we may need to reschedule the booking.

Any cancellation or rescheduling fees, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer before they apply.

Weather Conditions

Pressure washing is an outdoor service and may be affected by rain, storms, high winds or other unsafe weather conditions.

East Coast Pressure Washing may postpone or reschedule a service where weather conditions could affect safety, cleaning results or the ability to complete the work properly.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the areas requiring cleaning.

Customers must also ensure that we are informed about any known hazards, restricted areas, fragile surfaces or other conditions that may affect the service.

Our Responsibilities

East Coast Pressure Washing will provide services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Australian Consumer Law provides consumer guarantees for eligible services, including requirements relating to due care and skill and reasonable completion times. These legal rights continue to apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Complaints

If you have a concern about a service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can understand the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Consumer guarantees may provide rights to remedies where a service does not meet the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date.

However, service availability, pricing, service areas and other information may change without notice.

A website enquiry or quote request does not by itself guarantee that a service booking has been accepted.

Privacy

Personal information provided through this website or during the enquiry and booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this website with the relevant update date.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where applicable, customers retain their rights and remedies under Australian consumer protection legislation.

The ACCC also notes that businesses cannot use contract terms to remove consumer rights that are protected by law, and standard form contracts must comply with unfair contract term protections.
